Criteria For Compilation Of Judging list.

 

Experience within the PINSCHER/SCHNAUZER GROUP means Dobermanns, Miniature Pinschers and Schnauzer – all sizes. *Actively involved means to have owned, bred or shown.

ALL DECISIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CLUB

Judging List: A3 – Breed Specialist.

  1. To have the support of the Club and have a minimum seven years judging experience in the Breed.
  2. To have been actively involved in the Breed for a minimum of seven years.
  3. To have bred and/or owned a minimum of 3 dogs of any breed when they obtained their first entry in The Kennel Club Stud Book (save in exceptional circumstances).
  4. To have judged the breed at a minimum of three Shows – Limited, Open or Championship..
  5. To have judged a minimum of 30 German Pinschers or 60 dogs within the Pinscher/Schnauzer Group or the Working Group.
  6. To have attended at least two judging seminars within the Pinscher/Schnauzer or Working Group given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer and passed an examination where applicable.
  7. To have stewarded for a minimum period of three years and at least twelve shows.

Judging List: A3 – Non-Breed Specialist.

  1. To have the support of the Club and a minimum of seven years experience in any Breed.
  2. To have awarded CC’s in at least one breed within the Pinscher/Schnauzer Group or Working Group.
  3. To have bred and/or owned a minimum of 3 dogs of any breed when they obtained their first entry in The Kennel Club Stud Book (save in exceptional circumstances).
  4. To have judged a minimum of 120 dogs within the Pinscher/Schnauzer Group, or the Working Group.
  5. To have attended at least two breed judging seminars within the Pinscher/Schnauzer or Working Group given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer and passed an examination where applicable.
  6. To have stewarded for a minimum period of three years and at least twelve shows.

Judging List: B – Breed Specialist 

  1. To have the support of the Club to judge the Breed at Limited, Open and Ch Shows.
  2. To have been actively involved in the breed for a minimum of five years.
  3. To have judged a minimum of 9 classes within the Pinscher/Schnauzer Group, or the Working Group.
  4. To have judged a minimum of 20 dogs within the Pinscher/Schnauzer Group, or the Working Group.
  5. To have attended at least two judging seminars within the Pinscher/Schnauzer or Working Group given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer and passed an examination where applicable.
  6. To have stewarding experience at a minimum of four shows.

Judging List: B – Non-Breed Specialist

  1. To have the support of the Club to judge the Breed at Limited, Open & Ch. Shows.
  2. To have a minimum five years judging experience within the Pinscher/Schnauzer or Working Group.
  3. To have judged a minimum of 10 classes within the Pinscher/Schnauzer Group, or Working
  4. To have judged 30 dogs with the Pinscher/Schnauzer Group, or the Working Group.
  5. To have attended two judging seminars within the Pinscher/Schnauzer or Working Group given by a Kennel Club Accredited Trainer and passed an examination where applicable.
  6. To have stewarding experience at a minimum of four shows.

Judging List: C – Breed Specialist OR Non Breed Specialist

  1. Aspirant Judges who have shown an interest in the Breed and who have the support of the Club.
  2. To have stewarding experience at a minimum of four shows.
  3. To have judged a minimum of 9 classes of any breed at a Kennel Club licensed event.

All judges to provide a critique to the NGPC and the dog press within six weeks of judging.

The onus for providing additional evidence for advancement on the list is the responsibility of the applicant.
